Q: How does your retainer program work?
A: Our low-cost retainer program can save your small or large business lots of money. You'll have no extra salaries to pay or office space to rent. Think of us as your virtual employee to serve all of your computer and network needs. First, choose a plan that's right for you and your company. Second, complete the application form, sign and fax it back to us. Once received, it's your move! Simply call or E-mail us with a project and leave it to us. The project is billed against the amount you initially paid.

Q: If I want to cancel my retainer program, is there any cancellation fee?
A: Nope. We hope you'll want to continue to utilize our services, but you may cancel your retainer program at anytime. Simply e-mail or call us. No questions will be asked.*

Q: If we don't use all the hours we paid for, would those hours be carried over to the next month?
A: Absolutely. Any unused hours automatically get carried over to the next month. We keep track of your hours used and send a full report to you every month. You'll always know where you stand!
