Q: Does PC Medics have enough resources to fulfill my needs?
A: Our company currently has several highly trained staff members, with a full range of computer, networking, security and programming skills to help your business grow and remain competitive in the ever-changing marketplace. We think we can handle anything you throw our way.

Q: Who will work on my account?
A: An experienced Project Manager will work with you to make sure your requirements are met. He or she will serve as your main point person to give your company the full attention it deserves.

Q: What measures do you take to protect the client's privacy?
A: Before we begin any project, we ask our clients to sign a confidentiality agreement. This will assure you that we will never violate your privacy and guarantee the security of any transmitted data.

Q: Is my Account Manager available after regular business hours?
A: Yes! E-mail support is available for all service plans, 24/7. If you are a Platinum and Gold customer- you'll also have access to your Account Manager by telephone after regular business hours. Q: Do you use instant messaging with your client?
We sure do! Our Account managers have Microsoft communicator. Please contact us for our account information. We are happy to be in contact with our clients as much as possible and encourage it!

Q: What other services do you provide?
A: We provide a wide range of Network and computer services. Simply contact us for any project you have, and we'll let you know within 2-3 hours how we can be of assistance. Go ahead and challenge us!
